The Buzz Effect grew out of EdenAnthony Elite Talent Solutions — the firm two sisters, rooted in their Trinidadian heritage, built in honor of their father, Eden Anthony Raphael. He was an entrepreneur who believed every person has the power to rise above what’s expected of them, and he was their North Star. The Buzz Effect carries that belief forward: women lifting women, one hive at a time.
